- 2 months agoAverage rating5out of 5 starsNeat set!Johol903 | 45-54I would recommend this to a friend!Purchased for: SelfI love this set and it is an excellent addition to the winter village collection (and almost a "must have" to the Christmas train). The build is pretty straight forward and not very challenging. Of course, as with any of these buildings the result might look a bit cramped, but the interior (or rather: backside) is neat and allows for excellent play. Some people seem to have an issue with the bus, but it is one of my favourite additions and really add to the play value. Highly recommended!Play ExperienceAverage rating5out of 5 starsLevel of DifficultyAverage rating3out of 5 starsValue for MoneyAverage rating4out of 5 starsBuilding Experience: Advanced LEGO builderWas this helpful?55

- 2 months agoAverage rating3out of 5 starsMy first Lego disappointmentLegoHeadVally | 35-44Purchased for: SelfSorry, but I’m not a fan of this set at all. High price point for UK fans (£75!) and the piece count is mostly made up of small pieces. The build wasn’t anything special and the finished article lacks any ‘wow’ factor at all. The bus seems unnecessary and simply a way to increase the piece count. Not in any way up to the standard of the previous winter village sets. Sorry to be so negative, but I’m so disappointed.October 25, 2017Haley, Customer ServiceWe're so sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the Winter Train Station! The bus was included as a way to transport the people from the other Winter sets you may have in your collection to arrive to the Train Station! - 2 months agoAverage rating3out of 5 starsMy first Lego DisappointmentIcyLynn | 55-64Purchased for: SelfVery disappointed with this set....first time with Lego....I felt the station was too small and the tower falls apart every time I have to move it. Not helped by the fact I had so many missing pieces I lost count ....could not build lampposts as no tops and I only had one post so could only build the one sign, and lot of bus parts were missing so my bus is slightly different with black parts where there should be some white and I had no mesh fencing for the roof rack...with so much missing am wondering if somebody missed putting a whole bag in the box ☹️ Never had one missing part before. But even if the parts had been there I felt this was a poor design and not value for money. However, I still love Lego ❤️
Response from LEGO SHOPDecember 5, 2018Emily, Customer ServiceThanks for your review! I'm sorry to hear you've had a disappointing experience with your LEGO® set. This definitely isn't usual. For those missing pieces, it's easy to request replacements. Just go to LEGO.com/Service and choose the "Bricks & Pieces" option to get started. As for the tower coming apart, you'll want to double-check your build. Make sure that each piece is in the right exact spot and that all the parts are pressed tightly together. You'll have much better results then.Level of DifficultyAverage rating3out of 5 starsValue for MoneyAverage rating3out of 5 starsBuilding Experience: Intermediate LEGO builderWas this helpful?35
