Pretty good!Like other CREATOR sets, this comes with 3 different builds, all of which are pretty nice. Had some trouble deciding which variation to go with for my city because they all looked good. Each has a pretty cool feature to it (such as the greenhouse).
Good amount of bricks for the money. I don't think the build is small necessarily but the inside of the townhouse is pretty tight spacing.
Poodle does look a bit like a robo-dog but that's fine by me.

Great set!I bought this set shortly after it was released, and think it is an outstanding set! The build was enjoyable, and it looks great; it has a modern design and colors. Plus it includes quite a few unique pieces that I would use to build other MOC buildings (bay windows, decorative roof pieces, lamps, interior elements, etc). In fact, I went back to the Lego store a week later to purchase another one just to cannibalize it for parts (and I may go buy a third one)! Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys Lego buildings of any kind. I am not sure why there are negative reviews of the set...Legos cost money, that you have to accept, and this set is worth the money.

Excellent for any city.First, for those complaining that this build was too small, you might try building a bigger modular creator set. For the money, this set looks great in my modular city. Every large city needs mid-sized buildings mixed in. This set works great because it gives any city the look of people actually living in a downtown city area. The other builds it offers work great too. I don't like when Lego fans complain about pricing. If it's too much, don't purchase it. Lego goes above and beyond in its builds and this one is just proof of Lego's superiority.

Overall ExperienceI was excited for this set when I first learned of its release and then seeing the pictures of the set, I was very taken back by it. I did purchase it, because, well, I did...
The buildability of its fine, my issue is that the set should have been a lot more involved. It was very plain and simple and for $50 totally not worth the money. Lego has gotten a little expensive over the past few years and I just can't explain how disappointed I am in this and a few other of the 2017 City/Creator sets.
