The Greatest Lego Set EverI had been waiting for almost 4 months to buy this set when it was finally available for purchase on the lego website. Living in Australia, there is very limited opportunity to purchase it, as we don't have any lego stores and eBay charge twice as much. Yet when it finally came I realised the Falcon was worth every bit of the effort I went through to get it. I built the beauty over the course of a week, and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. It was incredible to build and I can't remember ever having more fun with lego building. The final model is incredible. I really didn't understand how big it was until I had finished building myself and its immense! It is enormously detailed and I love that it comes with the crews from two trilogies. I finally have a detailed model of the most iconic ship from Star Wars and the design of it is fantastic. The features are superb and I love that they have included a few interior rooms to increase its playability, although thats pretty limited by the weight of it. It was a pleasure to build and just looks great. I strongly recommend it to anyone who likes star wars lego. Easily worth the price. My one criticism would probably be that there is this big bit of space inside at the back which I think could have been made into another room without compromising structural integrity in any way, but its only a minor complaint. Overall I love it.

Best Lego Set ever. A+++++This is by far the best Lego I’ve ever bought. It was a bit of a challenge which I like. There’s almost no repetition which I love. I hate sets that are symmetrical where you’re doing the same thing over and over. This set was definitely not like that. It has amazing detailing like most of the other UCS models. I really like that you can change the satellite and characters to match the movies it’s been in.
Definitely my favourite Lego to date.

How bout some chairs in the cockpit?Awesome kit - Of course, I also had to add a battery pack and lights to it to really put some zing on the model.
A couple of gripes: one is the lack of seats in the cockpit - for the price, you'd think they could throw in some chairs. Also, the smaller Falcon has a complete interior - this one is only half the interior with tons of empty space on the other half. Because of that, I cannot give full marks.

Forget all your expectationsI’ve been waiting to get this set for about 6 months now. I’ve watched tons of reviews and seen tons of pictures, and have seen countless people on here praising this set. It had been out of stock for so long, I briefly considered just giving up and not getting it. Last week, when it came back in stock, I decided it was time and I pulled the trigger.
This set has blown all my expectations out of the water, and frankly has lessened the impact any LEGO set might have on me going forward, no matter how good that set might be.
Simply put, this is hands down the best LEGO set I have ever built. The amount of detail, the intricate engineering keeping the ship together very securely, the packaging and presentation. The sheer volume of stuff you get for your money astounds me. As I was building it, I couldn’t believe what was happening, as it just kept getting bigger and bigger and heavier and heavier. Pictures and videos do not do it justice. This is something you have to see in person in order to fully appreciate the grandeur and magnitude of this ship. If you’re still on the fence about getting one, but you know someone who has one, ask if you can see it. If you live close enough to a LEGO store, take a trip to see if they have one on display. As soon as you see it, all doubt will disappear.
Get this set now. It may be $800, but better to pay $800 now than be forced to pay thousands for it in a few years once it’s gone. Don’t make that mistake. Don’t bring that regret upon yourself. Trust me. The Millennium Falcon is worth it.
