You can pay by credit card, direct debit or invoice.
We accept MasterCard and Visa for payment. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. You can shop with confidence from shop.LEGO.com, knowing that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption (for more information, click on "Site Information" below).
We will authorise your credit card at the time of your order. As part of this authorisation process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of your order.
If you choose direct debit, your billing and shipping country has to be Germany. Your account will not be charged until your LEGO® order has been shipped. Please make sure your account balance is sufficient. Partial debits are not accepted using direct debit as payment method.
We accept payment by invoice in Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands only. However, we reserve the right to request pre-payment or credit card payment on any order.
If you choose invoicing, your billing and shipping country has to be either Germany, Switzerland or the Netherlands. You have to transfer full payment for your order within 18 days after receipt of the goods and invoice. If payment does not take place within this period, you will be in breach of contract for delay of payment and we shall be entitled to claim interest for delay amounting to 5 percentage points above the Basic Interest Rate. The items you’ve ordered will still legally belong to us until we’ve received full payment for them. We send a maximum of 3 reminders to pay your invoice before the debt is placed for collection.
Your order and invoice should arrive within 5 business days of each other (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please let us know if you experience a delay in the receipt of either your order or your invoice. You can find our contact details, including a free phone number for all countries where LEGO Shop delivers, on service.LEGO.com; or please contact us from most European countries on 00800 5346 1111 (when calling the free phone number from a mobile phone you may be charged by your mobile phone operator). Please feel free to keep your invoice as an additional record of your purchase.
Payment in cash is not accepted. We reserve the right to request payment by credit card or pre-payment on any order. Title to all products shall not pass before we have received full payment. We do not take responsibility for any additional charges that banks might apply on international transactions.
