  My almost 5 year old daughter (who loves the Lego Elves sets) saw this right after Christmas and used some of her holiday money to buy it. She was able to build most of it on her own and she very much enjoys playing with it. Also, she was very excited to see a new creature (not just the dragons although she loves those too).

  Me and my sister bought this set right when it came out and built it immediately when it arrived. The mini spider build with the treasure chest was quite easy to build, but looks lovely. The eagle was also easy to build, and looks amazing. The eagle began to feature in many of our games, as it is very easy to play with. The spider home isn't used as often as it has a simple and small function, but fits well into an elvish environment. Overall, this is a very good set with plenty of detail packed in for a 15$ set.
