Involved build and clever design.I had a great time putting this set together. For me, this set is less of a toy and more of a model. It looks great and has many moving parts/features, but has many bits that pop off easily when handled un-gently. Even broken down into the four components, the tank and batmobile don't steer/handle well. There are also seem like very few places to grab onto them to roll them around.
I spent an additional half hour or so rebuilding Robin's hover motorcycle in a red/green/yellow palette that suits him.
Thank you for finally producing the Flying Monkey figures as seen in LEGO Dimensions. I love them. ...and also Polka Dot man and chauffeur/kato Alfred.
While I loved building the batsignal and all the clever brickwork/design in the build, something is off with the projected image. The bat is nowhere near centered in the circle of light, and it seems no amount of tinkering and rebuilding can fix that. I suspect the bat logo was not printed properly onto the clear hemisphere element.
The set relies heavily on stickers. I particularly disliked applying the round hubcap stickers. The stickers are not easy/fun to apply, and they NEVER age/wear well.

Awesome first time experience! The ultimate Batmobile is actually my first ever lego model. I completed it with two of my friends and we all had an incredible time building it! It just feels so satisfying when I assemble the three perfectly detailed vehicles into the one complete Batmobile. This is honestly a good start for a first-timer.

Fantastic set!We really enjoyed building this set, bought it on a bit of a whim whilst in the store and glad we did!
I think what I love most about it, is the fact it’s not just one, you get a few different vehicles with it, that fit together and create the ultimate Batmobile! The little added bat light is great too! My little brother loves having a little play with it.
The set it’s self looks great and even though we did it in one evening, I would still say it’s good value for money.

Best. Bamobile. Ever!I was instantly in love with this set from the moment I saw images of it from ToyFair 2017. Now that I have it in hand, it certainly does not disappoint.
The set looks simply incredible. Whether separated into four Bat-tacular vehicles or combined into a single hulking machine, the Ultimate Batmobile is just stunning. Sleek, aggressive, and loaded with firepower, it's certain to send all of Gotham's most fearsome villains running for the hills.
Getting Batman, Robin, Batgirl, and a suited-up Alfred in a single set is a great treat. Each of their vehicles have some fun play features and are easily good enough to have been made as individual sets. The combination feature is great. Easy to pull off and the unified color scheme between the four vehicles means the whole thing looks really cohesive when united.
Fairly study when combined as well, though with only a couple connection points take care to use two hands to carry it around as not to break it apart accidentally. Also do not tip it upside-down, as the Batwing does not actually lock into place for the combination.
I would also say that this is not a set to be given to young fans. It is a long and complex build with many tiny pieces (and lots of firing guns) that might easily be lost by youngsters. Thankfully The Lego Group was thoughtful enough to provide lots of extra "ammo" for the weapons in case some pieces go missing. The recommended minimum age is 10 years old and I'd say that sounds about right.
At $140 it's expensive to be sure, but you're getting two large vehicles, one mid-sized vehicle, and a tiny vehicle all in one set, on top of a robust light-up batsignal and EIGHT minifigures. All said I'd say it's a good value for the money.
Once again, a truly awesome-looking set with great play features that's sure to make any Batman fan absolutely ecstatic. In my opinion one of the finest Batman sets made yet!
