About Your Shipment

Items in stock will ship within 3 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).

Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.

Regardless of the shipment method, you will receive an order confirmation email that will advise you of the estimated shipment date on your order and of any backordered item.

Standard Delivery

For delivery please allow 9-18 business days from the date the order is shipped

Orders can only be tracked once they reach Australia Post, after 9 – 10 business days.

Free Delivery Every Day offer is valid online at shop.LEGO.com and for LEGO® Catalogue telephone orders. Qualifying purchase must be equal to or greater than $200 in merchandise only; any applicable taxes or value of gift cards purchased do not apply to merchandise total. Once your order reaches $200 free standard delivery will automatically be added to your order. Excludes pre-order and backorder items. If you choose another delivery option, additional charges may apply.

Once you have placed your order, the LEGO® Group will ship the order the next Tuesday or Thursday.

Shipping Restrictions

Express delivery is not available for LEGO® gift card orders and LEGO Pick a Brick customized products.

We are unable to take orders for delivery to PO Boxes. Please provide your full address.

Shop.LEGO.com is the official LEGO retail channel, selling LEGO products to individual consumers. 

Items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible and for all taxes, duties, and import fees.

If an order raises security concerns, the LEGO Group reserves the right to hold or cancel an order without a prior notice or explanation.

Delivery & Service Delays

Delivery dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order

Ordering a Gift You Want to Keep Secret?

You can order a gift for a friend or relative and be sure your secret is safe! Every order is shipped in a plain box and you can specify a “Ship To” address. Have your order sent to a friend or relative’s house or to your place of employment so you can plan a special surprise! If you have requested delivery to an address different from your billing address, price/billing details will not be included since we assume that the delivery is a gift to the recipient (this does not apply to Pick A Brick orders). Your pricing information will, however, be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
