We believe our toys and other products must live up to your highest expectations. And our service must live up to the quality of our toys. We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your order. But if there's any reason you're not, simply return the product you ordered for a replacement, exchange, or prompt refund. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. 

We reserve the right to review, modify and/or cancel LEGO Pick A Brick orders at any time. Should we have any questions about your order, we will contact you before the order is processed.
