Your LEGO® order can be shipped direct to you or a friend/relative in select countries within Europe and even to North America and Asia/Pacific.

We regret that we are unable to ship to the following European destinations: Canary Islands, DOM-TOM, Channel Islands (including Jersey and Guernsey), Gibraltar, Greenland, Monaco, Faroe Islands, Helgoland, Andorra, San Marino, Ceuta, Melilla and Madeira.

About Your Shipment
• Items in stock ship the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
• Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
• Regardless of the shipment method, you will receive an order confirmation email that will advise you of the estimated shipment date on your order and of any backordered item.
• Delivery made by YODEL.

Standard Delivery
• Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for the delivery of your order. Our shipping charge is £3.95 for all orders.
• For LEGO Pick a Brick, please allow up to 15 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for delivery time.
• If you order a large quantity of a custom model, we may combine and ship them in one box.

Express Shipping
• Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for the delivery of your order.
• Our shipping charge is £21 for all orders.

Shipping Restrictions
• We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
• Out of areas are subject to an additional 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). This includes Aberdeen (via Aberdeen), Shetland and Orkney (via Aberdeen), Oban Depot, Scottish Highlands and Western Isles (via Oban, Inverness and Irvine), Inverness Depot, BFPO (via Wembley), Isle of Man (via Blackburn) and Scilly Isles (via Truro).
• Express shipping is not available for LEGO® gift card orders and LEGO Pick a Brick customized products. Gift cards arrive via DHL.
• Please note that orders over £ 600 may be subject to an additional shipping charge. Our Consumer Service team will contact you on receipt of your order to inform you about any additional charges which apply to your order. shop.LEGO.com is the official LEGO retail channel; selling LEGO products to individual consumers.

Delivery & Service Delays
Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.

Ordering a Gift You Want to Keep Secret?
You can order a gift for a friend or relative and be sure your secret is safe! Every order is shipped in a plain box and you can specify a “Ship To” address. Have your order sent to a friend or relative's house or to your place of employment so you can plan a special surprise!

Tracking Your Package
If you have provided your email address we will send you a ship confirmation email when your order ships. For all orders (excluding orders shipped to the US via USPS) this email will include a tracking number which you can use to track your package on the appropriate shipping carrier’s website.
