Our Return Promise
We believe our toys must meet and exceed your highest expectations, and our service must live up to the quality of our toys. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy!

Refunds and Exchanges

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, we grant full right of cancellation should you regret your purchase. The returned goods must be substantially in the same condition and quantity as delivered by LEGO. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.

The original amount paid for the returned item(s) will be refunded when the return will take place within 90 days. The shipping cost will be refunded when the entire order item(s) are returned.


All returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt of your order and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA – number).

To return or exchange your order and to receive your Return Authorization Number please call our Customer Service team on 00800 5346 1111 (Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm GMT).

Please note that a return or exchange of an order without the Return Authorization Number will be subject to additional processing time and will delay crediting your account.

Unopened Items: We can exchange or give you a full refund for the item(s). Opened boxed item(s) may be considered for a refund where LEGO Products are left intact in their original packaging i.e. plastic bags that hold the LEGO bricks.

Opened Items: Open LEGO sets can only be returned for exchange or a credit on your LEGO account.

Software: Returns are only accepted if the item has not been opened. This includes but is not limited to video games and DVDs.

Refunds are made in the original payment method.
