Our Return Promise
We believe our toys must meet and exceed your highest expectations, and our service must live up to the quality of our toys. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy!

Cancellation Right

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, we grant full right of cancellation should you regret your purchase. Products in their original condition and quantity can be returned to us by post, provided that this return is made within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the product. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification (LEGO Pick a Brick orders).

The original amount paid for the returned item(s) inclusive of shipping cost will be refunded when the return will take place within 14 days.

Refunds and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt of your order and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA – number).

To return or exchange your order and to receive your Return Authorization Number please call our Customer Service team on 00800 5346 1111 (Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm GMT).

Please note that a return or exchange of an order without the Return Authorization Number will be subject to additional processing time and will delay crediting your account.

Please note: Unless you haven’t returned your full order within 14 days, the original shipping charges won’t be refunded.

Unopened Items: We can exchange or give you a full refund for the item(s).
Opened Items: Open LEGO sets can only be returned for exchange or a credit on your LEGO account.

Pick a Brick: Customised items such as LEGO Pick A Brick orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Software: Returns are only accepted if the item has not been opened. This includes but is not limited to video games and DVDs.

Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refunds are made in the original payment method.
