  • At checkout, enter the 19-digit number and 4-digit PIN code found on the back of your LEGO Gift Card or the 10-digit number found in your LEGO e-Gift Card email.

  • Your LEGO Gift Card or e-Gift Card balance will automatically be applied to your purchase amount.

  • Any unused balance will remain on your LEGO Gift Card or e-Gift Card until you are ready to use it.

Redeem by Phone:

  • Browse www.shop.LEGO.com or the LEGO Catalogue to find just what you want.

  • Call Customer Service at 1-866-371-7010 to place your order, and provide the representative with the 19-digit number and 4-digit PIN code found on the back of your LEGO Gift Card or the 10-digit number found in your LEGO e-Gift Card email.

  • Your LEGO Gift Card or e-Gift Card balance will automatically be applied to your purchase amount.

  • Any unused balance will remain on your LEGO Gift Card or e-Gift Card until you are ready to use it.

Redeem in a LEGO Store:

  • Browse the LEGO Store to find just what you want.

  • Present your LEGO Gift Card to the Sales Associate.

  • The Sales Associate will apply your LEGO Gift Card to your purchase amount.

  • Any unused balance will remain on your LEGO Gift Card until you are ready to use it.
