Quality Service is Built into Every LEGO® Product

We believe our toys and other products must live up to your highest expectations. And our service must live up to the quality of our toys. We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your order. But if there's any reason you're not, simply return the product you ordered for a replacement, exchange, or prompt refund at our discretion. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. In addition, you have the legal right of withdrawal in addition to your statutory rights.

In the event of unauthorized payments, we reserve the right to hold or cancel an order without a prior notice or explanation. We will inform you accordingly without undue delay.

We reserve the right to review and/or reject all orders. Should we have any questions about your order, we will contact you before the order is processed.

We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities to common retail quantities.
