LEGO orders placed online or by phone can be shipped to North America and selected countries within Europe and Asia/Pacific.

Our shipping rates are based on your order value and the type of delivery service you have requested.

When shipping with USPS, working days are Monday through Saturday.
When shipping with DHL, working days are Monday through Friday.

Regular Shipping: In-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days after they are received. Most customers in the contiguous United States receive their order in just 4-7 business days. Most orders are shipped via DHL or USPS Priority Mail Service. For custom LEGO Factory and Pick A Brick online products ordered, please allow up to an additional 10 days processing time before the products are shipped. If you order a large quantity of a custom model, we may combine and ship them in one box.
An express shipping option is not available for custom LEGO Factory and Pick A Brick online products.

All Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery will take approximately 3-4 business days from when we ship your order.

Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail.

Express Shipping: Express shipping orders are shipped within 1 business day from when they are received. Express delivery is available for in-stock items only. Weekend delivery is not available. For custom LEGO Factory and Pick A Brick online products ordered, please allow up to an additional 10 days processing time before the products are shipped. If you order a large quantity of a custom model, we may combine and ship them in one box.
An express shipping option is not available for custom LEGO Factory and Pick A Brick online products.

No P.O. Box addresses; a street address is required.
Sorry, Express Deliveries (2nd Day, Next Day) are not available to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, P.O. Boxes and APO & FPO addresses. Orders shipping to these destinations will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
Next Day Service is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.

DHL 2nd Day Delivery - Orders will arrive 2 business days from when we ship. *Weekend delivery is not available with this service.
DHL Next Day Delivery - Orders will arrive the next business day from when we ship. *Weekend delivery is not available with this service.

But if there's any reason you're not, simply return the product you ordered for a replacement, exchange or prompt refund.

Returning part or all of your order, it's easy! Simply follow the instructions outlined on the reverse side of the packing slip that's inside your order. All returns are acknowledged by either e-mail or mail.
