1. LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards and unused portions of LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards do not have an expiration date except where required by law.



2. LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards are to be used toward the purchase of products listed in the LEGO online store (LEGOshop.com) and printed catalog. LEGO Gift Cards can be redeemed at LEGOshop.com, for phone orders or at the LEGO Stores. LEGO e-Gift Cards can be redeemed at LEGOshop.com or for phone orders. LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the country in which they were purchased .



3. LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards are redeemable only for merchandise, except where redemption in cash is permitted by state law.



4. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card account, unless otherwise required by state law, and is not transferable.



5. If your order exceeds the amount of your LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card, you must pay for the balance with another valid method of payment.



6. LEGO Gift Card cash value is 1/10 of one cent.



7. LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards and their use on the LEGOshop.com Website are subject to www.LEGOshop.com's general Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.



8. The LEGO Shop is not responsible for LEGO Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed or undelivered because of technical difficulties or inaccurate information, which includes, but is not limited to, physical address and email address. 9. The LEGO Shop is not responsible for the content of text messages accompanying Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards. The buyer of the LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card assumes all responsibility for personal messages accompanying Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards.



10. LEGOshop.com will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained LEGO Gift Card/e-Gift Card is either redeemed through LEGOshop.com or redeemed and used to make purchases on LEGOshop.com.
